Grad mal aus Google: If you're using fetchmail to retrieve your mail, to troubleshoot and have yourself some irritation, check /var/log/fetchmail for errors. Send a few emails to yourself and check that log file. If you see this error: suspicious rcfile: "/home/$user/.procmailrc" procmail: couldn't read "/home/$user/.procmailrc" then it's almost certainly a permissions thing. Der Hinweis in Zeile 6 von Procmail kommt mir ein bißchen Spanisch vor (oder in dem Fall Englisch) heißt suspicios nicht verdächtig? Könnte das sein, dass procmail das .procmailrc nicht hernimmt um die Mails zu verteilen? Ein Procmail Log hab ich leider nicht. In dem Ordner otrs/var/log liegt nur ein TicketCounter.log Ich bin ganz schön anstrengend nicht? ;-) Beste Grüße
