Das ist viel zu verdauen. K.A. Du kannst versuchen mit bin/SetPassword den Passwort für den Benutzer gerade beigen, aber es scheint mehr kompliziert als dass. ...irgendwas an Deinem DBMS ist ein wenig defekt. Die ids für die "valid"-Werte können von OTRS nicht ermittelt werden. Das ist ein Problem für die MySQL-Experten hier - oder aber Du suchst mal im Netz nach diesem Fehler.
