Hi Shawn, i have solved the problem right now. It is a problem with user-permissions. There was an user with no permission which wanted to perform the cron-jobs. I have stopped this user-job and everything was fine ;-) thanks for help Marco Shawn Beasley schrieb:

can you help me with my question please?

I want to deactivate the customer registration by automatic e-mails. The customer has to be accepted by an admin and not by responsing an automatically build e-mail.

Is it possible to get this by otrs-configurations or do i have to change the code-files? You can only turn of customer self registration.
