Re: [otrs-de] Problem mit AgentStatusView
Die Datei AgentStatusViewTableNotAnswerd.dtl existiert nicht. und laut Patchanleitung wird eine solche Datei auch nicht benötigt.
Ich habe mittlerweile nach genauer Befolgung der Patchanleitung diesen Fehler wegbekommen. aber jetzt kommt ein anderer Fehler:
Software error:
No Config entry "ViewableStats"! at /var/www/localhost//Kernel/Modules/AgentStatusView.pm line 71.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
in der AgentStatusView.pm Zeile 71 steht:
$Self->{ViewableStats} = $Self->{ConfigObject}->Get('ViewableStats')
|| die 'No Config entry "ViewableStats"!';
ich nehme mal an dass ich irgendwo noch einen Config-Eintrag machen muss, nur wo?
jemand eine idee?

Tach, irgendwo sollte bei Dir eine Datei namens Config.pm exisitieren. da solltest Du das reinschreiben. Auf gleicher Höhe gibt es ein Verzeichnis namens Config, darin eine Datei namens Default.pm, da stehen alle Möglichkeiten drin die Du "normalerweise" hast.
