Hallo Christian, okay, das habe ich jetzt hinbekommen. Die DB scheint jetzt da zu sein. Was nicht funktioniert sind aber die Statistiken: Software error: Can't locate object method "new" via package "GD::Image" at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.3/GD/Graph.pm line 286. Da ist das Modul: [root@xs-sascha bin]# /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.checkModules | grep -i gd GD ... ok GD::Text ... ok GD::Graph ... ok GD::Graph::lines ... ok GD::Text::Align ... ok Viele Grüsse Sascha
