Hallo liebe OTRS-Gemeinde, ist es irgendwie möglich das ich das OTRS ohne großen Aufwand dazu bewegen kann, eine Notification an alle Agents zusenden wenn eine neue Notiz zu einem Ticket hinzugefügt wird. Im Moment hat es den Anschein das nur der Owner eines Ticket darüber informiert wird. Berichtigt mich bitte wenn ich da falsch liege. Danke schon mal im vorraus. Gruß Nico

Mit den beiden Parametern $Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformInvolvedAgent'} = 1; und $Self->{'Ticket::Frontend::NoteInformAgent'} = 1; in deiner Kernel/Config.pm bekommst du beim Hinzufügen einer Notiz alle Agents angezeigt und kannst auswählen, wer informiert werden soll.
