Immer Noch Probleme mit Anhaengen
Hallo OTRS Gruppe! Wir haben immer noch Probleme beim Verschicken von Tickets mit Anhaengen. Normale E-Mail funktioniert ohne Probleme. Version: 2.0.1 Sobald wir eine Mail mit Anhang, bzw. Anlage verschicken wollen, kommt's zur Fehlermeldung: "Software error: Wide character in subroutine entry at /opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Decoder/Base64.pm line 125. For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@otrs-srv), giving this error message and the time and date of the error." Wuerde mich freuen, wenn Ihr mir helfen koenntet, das Problem zu beheben!
