Hallo zusammen, habe ein kleines Porblem die automatische Sortierung per PostMaster Filter in eine unter Queue funktioniert nicht. In die "Mutter Queue" funktionierts. Gibts da eine bestimmte Syntax wie z.B. "Header 1: X-OTRS-Queue Wert:Mutter:Kind" ? Vielen Dank für eure Antworten Michael
