Hello everybody, I cannot reach the admin site of my otrs. I am logged in as Admin with userId 1 and the url /index.pl?Action=Admin tells me I have no permission to enter this Module. How can i get back the rights to administrate my otrs? Thanks for your Help Marco Rudzuck

you just need to insert a correct entry to the DB Table queue. Have a look in there, to understand how the entrys are needed.
