Possibly a Bug...Possibly Me....Agent Notifications

Ok, This is kind of related to a previous post but I've been able to expound upon it further. Basically, does anyone know how to properly set up Agent Notifications. I.e. When an external email comes into the queue, a notification is sent. When an agent enters something into the queue, a notification is sent. However, when a customer adds something into the queue from the customer web interface a notification is NOT sent. Can't figure this one out. Help appreciated. Use Calendar to create tickets in the future??

Can I use the Calendar to create tickets in the future? I see this as a nice feature, because I can schedule PMs or Lease returns etc. with it. Is this possible, or has anyone else used something to accomplish this? -- -- Steven http://www.glimasoutheast.org

/vat/tmp files locked so can't be opened by PGP

HI, I am running version 2.0.3 on Windows 2003 and I am trying to get PGP working. PGP can't open a clear signed message, even if I try and manually verify the file from the CMD line. It looks like the tmp file is being kept locked open as I get the following error message: "gpg: can't open `C:\OTRS\otrs\var\tmp\pautHul8AF.tmp' gpg: verify signatures fail" However if I copy the tmp file to another dir I can verify it via the CMD line. Any idea where I am going wrong? Dear all, During the greater part of this year I've been developing a statistics module for OTRS (and Hostnet). Attached you'll find a zip file with the final result. See the README file within for further installation details, requirements, etc. etc. The script is able to produce the following ticket statistics, aggregated on a per-day or per-week basis, between specified dates and in specified queues. The output can be selected as well; graphs, CSV and HTML (tables) are supported. Need help understanding an error message

I have asked before, but have not received any responses, so I will try again. I have a OTRS-supplied cron job that runs at 45 minutes after every even hour, and in the SystemLog, I get sit iterations of (for example): Wed Jul 12 00:45:02 2006 error OTRS-PendingJobs-10 Need StateID or State! Wed Jul 12 00:45:02 2006 error OTRS-PendingJobs-10 Need StateID or State! Wed Jul 12 00:45:02 2006 error OTRS-PendingJobs-10 Need StateID or State! Wed Jul 12 00:45:02 2006 error OTRS-PendingJobs-10 Need StateID or State! Wed Jul 12 00:45:02 2006 error OTRS-PendingJobs-10 Need StateID or State! Wed Jul 12 00:45:02 2006 error OTRS-PendingJobs-10 Need StateID or State! I can locate the area where the message comes from, but I don't "speak" perl>4 so I don't understand what the system is complaining about. It might be six records in the database that have gotten corrupted, or something else, which I don't understand. Can anyone please give me some troubleshooting steps to get rid of these annoying messages?? Thanks, Steve

Cant view closed tickets

I can use the search function to get a list of closed tickets. When I click on the ticket, it takes me back to the main page. It wont open the ticket for me to view.

Field(s) that hold ticket "Age" variable

Hi, I am trying to figure out the variables used for ticket "age". Intention is to customize a query to show the average open time for closed tickets., ie. how long on average are tickets usually open before they are closed, either successfully or unsuccessfully. I have looked it up in SysConfig modules like Core::Ticket and Core, Core::Time to no avail Basically, i believe if i can see how the Age data for a ticket is arrived at, then i should be able to deduce what i am looking for.....
