Hi all, Anyone has MyHammerQueueViewByCustCont package working with OTRS 3.1.1? If not, (and I know that most packages from OPAR need OTRS 3.0.x), does anyone know how to tweak the system or the package(s) to make it work? Thanks //M

Dear All, Today I have noticed the below error in my OTRS Logs: Mon Feb 27 09:25:04 2012 error OTRS-CGI-10 No Config option found for view mode ], took Medium instead! What is this and how can I resolve it. I am using OTRS 2.4.7 on CentOS 5.6 64 Bit. DRBD is configured. Thanks and Regards, Amit Sharma

Hello All, I try to upgrade my otrs from version 3.0 to new version 3.1 and I have the below error when run the perl script scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.1.pl ################################################################################################################## Migration started... We're running OTRS on Linux with full AD integration including single sign-on, automatic agent creation/removal from AD, full customer integration with AD - so no customer or agent maintenance. It was a bit fiddly to get set up, but once working it's been very reliable. Hi all, After upgrade for last version otrs-3.1.1, I have this message, this is a bug ? ttpd (pid 0000) is running... Checking database connection... Trying to connect to database DSN: DBI:mysql:database=otrs;host=localhost; DatabaseUser: otrs It looks Ok!done. Checking OTRS Scheduler service.... /etc/init.d/otrs: line 251: -s: command not found Error! Maybe your database isn't configured yet? Checking /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.PostMaster.pl ... Postmaster filter - possible to forward email automatically?

Ok, we need to forward automatic emails from a certain source, say @ email.com to another email address outside of OTRS (2.4.7). I can't change the address this email is sent to, but I was hoping there was a way in Postmaster Filter or somewhere else that can be set to: from: @email.com forward: another(a)myemail.com Anyone? login using ldap

Hello, Using otrs 3.0.9. I remember a time in version 2.4 where i could login to otrs WITHOUT having an account already configured in otrs, just a valid ldap account. You'd then log-out, admin would setup your groups + queues, you'd log back in and be done. in 3.0.9 i need to first create the user account before a valid LDAP user can login to otrs. i didn't make any big changes to my config.pm file. anyone had a similar experience or know an option to fix the issue. thanks in advance, Neil
