Hi,
I am in a situation where I need to blacklist mail originating from a particular address. This address can communicate normally with other users, but just needs blacklisting from otrs.
I am not sure if I understand the situation correctly, but wouldn't it be sufficient to create a "PostMaster Filter" You could set the Header X-OTRS-Ignore for this special address.
