[otrs] Another feature request

Hi, We would like to be able to "reply" from zoom to an agent reply, not the customer email. The reason for this is that sometimes one agent gives partial answer and another agent wants to refer to the reply given by the first one. The only way we found of doing it is by cut and paste.
