Re: [otrs] Unable to change "empty answer".

When i want to change the "empty answer" (or rather to see which tags the template uses), i select empty answer and click "change"; but the edit fields does not get populated. Any idea why?

(2.4.7 Ubuntu Server)

Hangon... I just noticed that "empty answer" is indeed _empty_ when looking in the database. Them howcome that when i use empty answer, it has formatting? "Dear [name].... etc etc etc".
