Hi Laurent, That's an interesting feature. But I was hoping to have the field automatically populated with the E-mail address, instead of doing it behind the scenes. This is so other people monitoring the support@ address knows the ticket has been replied to (this is how we were doing it before the ticketing system, and just wanted to migrate off of it). I think the easiest way is to just modify the HTML?
