I have found it. When a ticket in a sub-queue should be automatically unlocked, then the parent (main) queue may not have a value of 0 minutes (unlimited). That was easy :=) Vielen Dank, Shawn Beasley Support - IT LPID LPI000077664 VERIFICATION NUMBER 3vk4xshbx6 LPIC - 1 (pruefen) Cargo Future Communications GmbH -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org] Im Auftrag von Matthias Wegner Gesendet: Freitag, 8. What am I missing?
Admin -> Queue ->
Unlock timeout (minutes): 5 0 = no unlock - 1 day = 1440 minutes
This should set all tickets with the status locked to unlock after 5 minutes?
Is there another setting that must be taken into consideration here?
