I appreciate you taking the time to help me out here. I tried dropping the database through the installer.pl, set most things back in place and created a new ticket. It still will not display the details of the ticket. Should I just run rpm -e otrs and completely reinstall the otrs program, or do you think that will matter if the database itself is hosed?
Yes, set it new up. This will be the easiest was. (Or contact ((otrs.de)) if it's a productiv system)
