I would like to ask you how do you reply to emails written in different enconding than used by web browser/system? I do receive czech emails in iso-8859-2, windows-1250 or utf-8 encoding. I searched thru OTRS options and didn't find any option to recode replies to correct encoding. How do you solve this kind of problem?
no one having problem with emails in various encodings?
