When I close a ticket, it sends an auto reponse as such : ** THIS IS JUST A NOTE *** The state of your ticket '1000022' has been changed by 'Weston Rogers' to 'closed successful'. http://192.168.1.252/otrs/customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom&TicketID=23 Your OTRS Notification Master *** THIS IS JUST A NOTE *** How can I get rid of this? I don't want an auto reponse when I close a ticket. I went to the Admin area, and there are no auto reponses set up for any of the queues, yet I still get it. Any clues?
