Hey,

just login into your mysql as 'root' and then do the following.

use otrs;

source $HOME_OTRS/scripts/DBUpdate-to-2.4.mysql.sql;

source $HOME_OTRS/scripts/DBUpdate-to-2.4.pl;
Here you´ll get some error´s just ignore them and go on with the following command.

source $HOME_OTRS/scripts/DBUpdate-to-2.4-post.mysql.sql;

Then you can quit from mysql and restart the services. Now just login into your OTRS System with an administrators account, go to the Admin panel and click on the sysconfig.
