[otrs] Company Users?

Morning Everyone, I broke out of the stone-age and upgraded to 3.2.3 this past weekend. Happily I think all went well ?-) I noted that there is now a "Customer Company" option. I believe is designed to support Customers who work for the same company. I have created a few Companies but not 'seeing' anything worth noting which lend me to believe that something isn't setup right. I am reading through the archives... Long read. Anyone willing to confirm what it does, and where I configure it to help out a slow reader ;-) Pointing to specific documentation is fine. Appreciate the assist. Lawrence
