Why don't you use the OTRS iPhone application?
The iPhone App works with the iPhone Handler on the server side. With this installed, you can also use the Android OTRS App. It was very easy to set up, following the instructions, and it's a very convenient way to access and work with tickets from your mobile device. -alf delgado
