
Hi, In the admin tab for auto responses <-> Queue Select the queue that needs auto reply, then select the auto-response you want. Auto responses can be created in [Auto responses], but there is a default one. In Change auto-reply" settings, you should select a responses with (after new ticket has been created) Olivier benjamin anamoah a écrit :

I am a new user of the OTRS and trying to use it for my company but am finding some problems. I am using the default settings and i am trying it on my laptop to configure before setting it up.
