Hi, Could anyone here confirm me that under OTRS 2.2.1 installed using MySQL as a backend database, if we modify CustomerID on an already existing Customer Company from Customer Company Management panel then submit : got a successful Updated reply but no modifications is done ? Thanks for you answer. Laurent
