Hello, I have ask: +++ I try to install from scratch OTRS 2.1.2 with web installer or manual, I have this error when I log in the root@localhost account Software error: Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at ../..//Kernel/System/Config.pm line 141. +++ Yesterday, I have try : * a install from scratch * a upgrade from 2.0.4 to 2.1.3 and all is ok with Web installer ! It's strange because I have make the same thing before on the same machine ! The only difference is the version 2.1.3 (previous test is with 2.1.2).
