[otrs] Customer Panel : Internal Server Error 500

Hi, I am getting this error, when log-on to customer portal Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. ------------------------------ Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at 172.16.10.208 Port 80 Any help? Is it possible for enabling CC'ing when a customer creates a ticket? Sometimes folks are making a ticket and they want other people to know that.
