Hi Régis,
I'm looking for a way to automate system config changes backup.
From [sysconfig], I can manually download a file containing all changes. How can I obtain such a file from the linux command line so that I can automate the file generation and its backup ?
Look at scripts/backup.pl "backup.pl --help" will give you some idea of how to use it. There's also a bit of advice at http://doc.otrs.org/2.2/en/html/c2526.html#backup Important point that I missed the first time around: Do NOT place the backup inside the /opt/otrs tree. It'll grow exponentially because the backup will be backing up the backup and in a few days you're out of disk space :-) -- Lars
