Does this mean that the 'ticket merged' notices also do not generate a 'star'? Because in the past when someone merged a ticket, the owner of the existing ticket did not get a notification. That was fixed... Sander

is for, it does exactly what you want. You need to change the default value, in SysConfig. From then on, all *new* autoreplies will be marked 'read'.
