Hi, I have a support queue which has auto notifications sent on incoming tickets. I also have a filter to take messages which have **SPAM** in them and put them into the Junk folder. Match -> Header 1: Subject Value: \*\*SPAM\*\* Set - > X-OTRS-Queue Value: Junk This works fine, except that the system is auto replying to all spam (and currently my send mail is gunked trying to process some crap that came in). How can I prevent OTRS from replying to Junk mail? Many thanks in advance, Jim
