I was curious if in OTRS you can have it authenticate from a windows domain/LDAP server instead of prompting the users to log in with a separate account?

Also, when a ticket request is submitted can it contact the support team at an email address?
Notifications are sent to whom ever has been assigned to the queue in which the message arrives.
