I am looking to change the "empty answer" - this is created by a human clicking on Compose Answer(email) in their ticket view. It is NOT an automated response, it is more like a template which is applied to new mail sent manually through the otrs interface. There does not seem to be a section of the admin interface that can change the default "empty answer", I do not mean the auto replies sent by otrs. Thanks, Hamish
