[otrs] CC e-mail for company members

Hi All, I have the following issue. I want to have some sort of always CC for some company's. Like say company FooBar has members Barny And Charly . When Charly shoots a ticket by e-mail , when one of my supporters does a reply to Charly , it should always CC Bary in the reply. But just for certain company's. Is this possible ? thanx Mayk
