This is mentioned in the release notes; the recommended max packet size is 20M.

I get the message below when trying to install the incident manager package thru the package manager update function. Other packages installed OK. My O/S is Suse Linux 10.2 with patches (one of which included a new Kernel). I am new to OTRS as well as Linux.
