2.0.48 + 1.99_12 does work,

2.0.48 + 1.99_13 doesn't,

2.0.48 + 1.99_14 doesn't?

As one has to install Apache 2.0.50 to get mod_perl 1.99_14 on Debian, I
guess it's a question of combining the right mod_perl version with the
wrong Apache.
