
I have had the same problem a few times. I searched for the e-mail that was first stuck in the POP box and deleted it by hand. After that problem disappeard. If you use utf-8 it could be a problem with a "strange" character in de e-mail. Search the list for this problem.
*shrug* The emails that create tickets are generated by a web form, then my replies are using OTRS. I don't think I'm typing any unusual characters.
