Hi, Newbie OTRS user here. I'm having trouble getting notifications to work. I have "new ticket notification" set to "yes" for my queues, but I don't receive a notice. Mail appears to work correctly, however - I can send mail from OTRS. I also see nothing suspicious in the log. Can someone give me some pointers as to what to check? Thanks, Stan McFarland
