Hi,<div>I put  the following line in Config.pm</div><div>$Self-&gt;{&#39;PostmasterDefaultQueue&#39;} = &#39;Raw&#39;;</div><div><br></div><div>But if I open a ticket by mail the ticket is created in the Postmaster queue instead of Raw.</div>
