I have a trouble:
 
I did close a ticket but it was reopen automaticaly.
I did see and the currently "From:" and "To:" fields have the queue email account (queueaccount@mydomain.com), even when the ticket had "From: queueaccount@mydomain.com" and "To: customeraccount@itsdomain.com".
 
Currently, I did close the ticket and the system open again.
I did try setting a filter postmaster like: 
 
Match
Header 1: From     ------------     Value: queueaccount@mydomain.com 
Set
Header 1: X-OTRS-Queue:   ------ Value: Junk
 
but even so, the system reopen the ticket.
 
Any ideas to solve?

   OTRS 2.1.7
   Apache 2
