Hi, Marco. This question has popped up several times here, but unfortunately neither OTRS team nor mailing list members provided any working solution. There's a code intended to do the trick, but it was written long ago and crashes Apache if used with OTRS 2.4.4 - http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2006-December/013115.html Maybe somebody could give a hint how to adjust it to the current version. If a customer sends otrs a mail with someone else in CC it is possible to let otrs to send autoanswer (new ticket creation, change ownership) to CC too ?
