We are using OTRS for 3 months, and 4 months ago, when I'm testing, I received mails when the tickets was created, or when I add a note or etc... In the testing fase, My Boss want that e-mails did not arrived to clients, and I desactivate this option, but now when I reactivated this option give the following error in System Log:
Can't find notification for Agent::NewTicket and es, try it again with en!
I checked to all users where in "English mode" not in "Spanish mode"
Can Anyone say where I'm falling
