Hi Ian, This feature is already implemented in the actual CVS version and will be part of the next official release... So, with this feature enabled, you can see how many and which agent (customer) is logged in. Thanks Scott, It would be nice if a simple list could be seen on logging in. However, the info is there. Many thanks for the swift response.
