[otrs] Version update

Hello all. I'm sorry if this question is already answered, but it is so specific I don't believe it is. I would like to upgrade from version 2.0.4-3 to the latest (2.2.4). Since I read something about a database update, I would like to know what I must do in order not to lose any information. Thank you, Nuno
