
OK, Nevermind, I'm stupid. It's a field you can choose to enter. I've made a small patch to our code to automatically enter the From: address as the CustomerID, since that's how our organization works 99.99% of the time. For anyone interested, line 509 of our AgentTicketPhone.pm now reads: my $CustomerID = $Self->{ParamObject}->GetParam(Param => 'From') || ''; Matt Linton wrote:
