found the issue. all the files in /theme and /Standard folder were correct. It was in /Modules where the old file was being used.

Do you know why that is Nils? i had quite a few files upon upgrading that got renamed. some were renamed to .save and .saverpm, some were ONLY renamed and so original file was then not there, had to rename back to get it to work etc etc.

and then i go into modules and the file in use is the old one with the new one being call .custom_backup.

very odd behaviour, i would expect a rpm update to rename the old files and create the new as the current working files.

you any experiences with this occuring.

thanks

Neil

p.s. loving having the time to finally play with otrs, new job allows me that.

p.p.s. Would like to see the dashboard have a lot more options aswell, seems very limited currently.

Hello, i upgraded recently and when i look under "Ticket" i have no option to resizethe ticket view (small, medium, preview). On my test system i do however.

I think you have old dtl files in use.
dtl files are saved in $OTRS_HOME/Kernel/Output/HTML/<your Theme>/*

Can someone also clarify what AgentTicketQueueTicketView.dtl and AgentTicketQueueTicketViewLite.dtl are. my test system only uses AgentTicketQueue.dtl.

These are the old files …
