[otrs] Strip attachement after some time?

Hi, Is it possible to strip ticket attachements after a while, like with a GenericAgent for instance? If yes, how could I do that? And another question, what happens to old tickets' content if I move from db storage to filesystem storage? Do I need to hand-convert those old ticket? Thanks, -- Brice Figureau
