Thanks for your reply. I tried to set it as Yes but it doesn't work.
For example, support@company.com is the address for Queue support for incoming and outgoing mails.
When I reply the mail and cc it to support@company, it always comes back to that ticket as a customer reply.

I even set up a filter to black that email but it only work for new inbound email.

Yes David, you should change it to yes (sorry for the pun).
You may start with first option (search in references) and see if this fits your needs then, optionally, try the remaining options.
