
Well yeah in a way, but you could create two queues; Male and Female,
and structure your hierarchy afterwards as identical sub-queues :-)

I have the same Problem with the chosen language. Our OTRS talks German to an English speaking customer.
Salutations are bound to a queue. So if you want to change the salutation you got to create/use another queue.
