Hi,

That's for sure a thing that is missing in OTRS, for the customer's frontend point of view and notifications/answers sent to customers it would be a great improvement and quality value for OTRS to have HTML support possible.
But maybe isn't it easy to implement it ?

After all the technology should serve us and our customers so as long as we need HTML in order to improve the service there should be a way to overcome that “balloon”.

That’s a great way to baloon your storage!

If you were like us and had 20,000+ tickets in your database then you may not want that kind of overhead.
