Is there a way to make the "Locked Tickets" view look like the default "QueueView"? Meaning--the default agent QueueView state is a sort of 'semi-zoom' of the ticket. I'd like to see the same thing in Locked Tickets where I quickly have access to Responses, Change Queue and things like that without having to click the "Zoom" link first.
