[otrs] (no subject)

hi all i am using OTRS version 2.2.1.002 which seems have few bugs. the perl.exe and httpd.exe keeps failing. i would like to upgrade to a bug free version. i would like to know if there is any way i can upgrade the system by not losing any of my existing data. should i perform any backup or is there a way to upgrade directly. i am using OTRS on windows small business server 2003. thank you _________________________________________________________________ Download the latest version of Windows Live Messenger NOW! http://get.live.com/en-ie/messenger/overview
